Associa Names Michael Dorociak as President of Vanguard Community Management
Vanguard Community Management’s Strong Customer Focused Team Adds Valuable Business Experience and a Proven Track Record with Mr. Dorociak
Schaumburg, IL May 6, 2009 - Vanguard Community Management (VCM), an Associa Company, is pleased to announce Mr. Michael Dorociak as the new President and CEO. As President and CEO, Mr. Dorociak will be responsible for all aspects of the business at all VCM locations.
Mr. Dorociak joins VCM with more than 26 years of leadership, management and customer service experience from a variety of diverse industries. Mr. Dorociak most recently opened and managed a corporate branch location of a large publishing firm, overseeing all aspects of operations, focusing on team building, customer service and accounting practices. Mr. Dorociak also recently completed certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University – which is a comprehensive approach to eliminating waste, providing increased value to customers through continuous improvement, and operating at the highest level of efficiency for delivering products and services.
Mr. Dorociak is not only focused on business but also community. He actively participates in events such as cross country bike rides, the Chicago Marathon, Hustle Up the Hancock and other events that support local greater Chicago causes.
